The builder for the new custom home is Riverstone Homes based in Canton, GA. Riverstone Homes has been building new homes for over 15 years and has been building in Oak Forest since the revival of new home construction in 2015.
Oak Forest is the best subdivision in Dawsonville and a fantastic location for new custom homes on lots that are all at least 1 acre.
