Alternate Kitchen Plan Greythorne
The Greythorne kitchen now has two optional floor plans available in new homes at Oak Forest. The original plan has an island in the kitchen but the alternate plan includes an extended counter top with base cabinets along the sink section and eliminates the island.
Our builder in Oak Forest Dawsonville has provided a scanned copy of this alternate kitchen blueprint floor plan. We have uploaded it on our website and it can be found by going to the Floor Plans page.

You can select what areas and rooms you want to have finished in the basement. You may want to finish out the complete basement or just a room or two. You can have the bathroom finished or leave it stubbed for a future home improvement project.
You have the option of finishing the basement with the standard options on the above grade levels. Examples include flooring, tile in bathroom, baseboard size, and crown molding.
